I have only 1000 miles on this tire but have gone on a long trip and drove back and forth to work on the highway. I am very happy with my decision to purchase the BFG's. The highway ride is quiet and very sure footed at high speeds. I've already experienced several driving rainstorms and wet, high water situations. This tire handled those very well. I can see why the call this "Trail Touring" because it is a very comfortable highway tire, it is much softer than an all terrain tire, it absorbs bumps in the road much better. I do not take my truck off road so this tire is a good fit for me.
