Return Policy
If for any reason an item needs to be returned or exchanged, TREADEPOT.com requires you to call in advance and obtain a return
authorization number. We guarantee your unconditional satisfaction for a full 30 days from date of delivery, provided the merchandise
to be returned / exchanged is new / unused. Used products may not be returned for credit.
Credit / Return
Tires: Full credit for new / unused product, less freight.
Wheels: Full credit for product, less freight. Please test fit prior to mounting them. Wheels that have had tires mounted may
not be returned. Special purchase wheels may not be returned.
Wheel & Tire Packages: Full credit for new / unused product, less freight. Special purchase wheels may not be returned.
Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Payments received by check will be refunded
by check once funds have cleared.
Shipping & Damage Claims
If your merchandise arrives damaged due to shipping and handling, receive it, and then immediately contact TREADEPOT.com customer
service to arrange a return. ANY REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED FRIEGHT BOTH WAYS. Once we have received the merchandise
back, you will have the option to have new merchandise sent to the same shipping address at no additional charge.
Before You Return Product
Tires: When returning tires please make sure the is a label securely attached to each tire with the Return Authorization
number and your last name in the reference boxes on the label.
Wheels: Take the time to ensure your wheel return arrives to TREADEPOT.COM in the same condition you received it. Remember,
do not allow loose lug nuts / bolts or center caps to scratch or damage returned products. Secure lug nuts / bolts by wrapping
them in packing material, and snap / screw center caps into the wheels.
TREADEPOT.COM WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
ANY CUSTOMER WHO REFUSES SHIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED FREIGHT BOTH WAYS.
