The Regatta 2 inner layer of the tire is made up of polyester sidewall ply for toughness and high tensile steel belts for
responsive handling and strength. With the outer layer, you have a solid center rib for good on center feel and handling. Wide
circumferential grooves to channel away water and offset tread notches to reduce noise.
